Mythic raiding still requires being on the same server or a connected server until 100 guilds on both factions have completed the end boss across all regions.  You also can't be in the same guild if you're not on the same server or a connected server, and you can't trade items or gold across servers (with the exception of tradable BOP loot between eligible people within the two-hour period after it drops).

Steam's latest sale has started. The discounts I'm seeing are highly variable, ranging from 20% to 70%. Not sure what the criteria are.

Winter sale for the Epic store, which means daily free games.  Today's is Cities: Skylines, which is in the same genre as SimCity.  I've heard good things about it but haven't played it.  (Part of what supposedly makes it good is Steam Workshop content; it's apparently possible to use that stuff with the Epic store but it requires more work.)

The sale also includes the limitless $10 coupon, which has the same nonlinearity that a game on sale for $14.99 is cheap but a game on sale for $14.98 isn't so much.

Really nice that it further discounts the sale price. I picked up Borderlands 3 for $10. For that price I don't really even care if I end up liking it.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 is free on the Epic store this week (until early next Thursday).  I don't know a lot about this game, but it's very highly reviewed.  It seems to be primarily a multiplayer shooter, but it does have a short story mode.

Control is free on the Epic game store this week.  This is a highly-regarded game where you get to fling things around with telekinesis.

(Also Genshin Impact, which I'd never heard of but which looks pretty.)

Also, a reddit post on potential uses of the regenerating $10 coupon: https://www.reddit.com/r/EpicGamesPC/comments/nv65ur/what_should_i_use_my_coupon_on/
