With due respect to Mitch's lived experience, I have only ever seen leather-wearing fury warriors in yellow. Which are - apparently - not rogues.

I'd say something about him not seeing them because they were in stealth (which fury warriors don't have), but that doesn't help him actually see them.  Maybe we need to send Apert 10,000 Potions of Shaded Sight so he can take them every three minutes until he spots one in stealth.
