Call of Duty on battle.net launcher
« on: May 17, 2018, 10:18:50 AM »
When Destiny 2 came out on the launcher, some people mentioned Call of Duty as a likely follow-on, so it's not a surprise that COD 4 Black Ops for PC is being delivered that way.  There's a puff video here:

They don't explicitly say it will be buyable with battle.net balance, but it seems likely.  I have never played a COD game (I was somewhat tempted by Advanced Warfare because of Kevin Spacey, but... much less so now); being able to get this one for fake money is attractive, but I will likely wait for a fake price drop.

Side note: is WoW the only game you can use to fund purchases of other games?  Maybe EVE Online and other CCP games?
