iron juggernaut

this fight is pretty cake (at least in 25), and the main thing is handling the landmines.

in 10m, the tank who isn't tanking can handle most of the mines with CDs, but someone with immunity or a DR CD that handles physical damage can take mines as well if healer mana is an issue.

a paladin using a well-timed self BoP can handle two mines placed near to each other.

This fight was hectic, but at a 540ish gear level, not especially hard overall.  We got it in just four pulls.

Mines seemed easy enough to handle with just the offtank taking two of them.  If the offtank is slow, two mines blowing up was usually okay as well.

The fight degrades pretty gradually if you lose a healer or DPS in 10s; it's not like Norushen where you will probably fail the berserk timer or Galakras where you'll pretty quickly fall behind on adds.  Even if you lose a tank, you can keep going through siege mode and part of an assault mode.

heroic
(do not have this dead yet, but have seen both phases.)

fairly similar to normal encounter.

P1 Tank him near entrance to Org. Melee should be on drill side (not saw side) so they can ignore new ricochet mechanic.

Ricochet shoots saw at random ranged players, will bounce 3 times before returning to him. i don't know how to deal with this mechanic as our pulls on the fight were w/ me as melee.

Crawler mines hit for a lot more (~1M, reduced by armor, etc.), and explode for a lot more (will probably wipe your raid if any explode), so may need DPS with DR cds  to help take mines if you had tanks doing all of them in norm. (greater invis/ice block, divine shield, deterrence, dispersion; a 10m video i watched had balance druid taking them in bear form poss w/ might of ursoc?)

P2/Siege mode adds in new mechanic - red circles on ground to not stand in
AoE damage is very high, shock pulses are VERY damaging. Will need Raid CDs for shock pulses. (in 25 we had other healer CD [tranq, hymn, htt] + AM for each one.)
Red circles on the ground to not stand in make stacking for heals to deal with AoE dmg + dealing damage very hard.
Two options in p2:
1. continue DPS on Iron Juggernaut; dance; heal like crazy. Prob ok for comps with good spread healing.
2. Run to the far edge away from IJ, which will range the red circles to not stand in. From here, you can stack. If you get lazer, run it toward IJ. Oils will build up in corner.

We were trying the second option, and seemed to be on track to kill after 2nd siege phase. (3rd siege seems to be soft enrage from what I hear.)

If doing stacking in far corner thing; you can either all stack up tightly together to start off, and then scooch to the side once oils drop, or stack in 2-3 groups and then kind of scooch away from oils to consolidate raid as oils drop.
