West Coast/Weekend Raiding?
« on: October 02, 2012, 08:35:47 AM »
I am liking Pandaria more than I've liked anything in WoW since Burning Crusade, and maybe more than that. Alas, I have fallen prey to the curse of Pacific Time. However, if anyone's doing any raiding on a PST schedule or weekends, and would like a tank or ranged DPS, I'd be interested. (Warrior, mage, and hunter. I do have a paladin I could level up for healing or tanking but I have no raid healing experience.)

Things seem pretty quiet lately so I'm guessing nope but can't hurt to ask.

You know Ralnar said today in IRC that he's liking Pandas more than he thought and maybe he'd do a 10 man but only one day a week and probably on the weekend.

I could also maybe get behind a one day thing, debating.

Of course you could. Saturday after lunch, still have time for a fun evening.

There might be a faction issue here, though.

Touch basis with Kranker too, he is on the West coast and is looking for west coast raiding.

I could be up for a one day a week, weekend (perhaps Sunday?) PST raid. I could probably get two more (husband + stepbrother) interested in it too, depending on what time and how long we go for.

Not sure I want to get back into a serious raiding schedule, but I might be available to fill in on Saturday or the occasional Sunday if you have attendance issues. (I think even "PST schedule" would involve me wanting to raid too late for most people. I don't finish work until 1 or 2am EST most days.)

If you go with a weekend schedule, I might be interested in an occasional or fill-in basis.  I am east coast, but my job, she is the long-clawed sow grizzly, and most EDT/EST weeknight raids are not really good times for me, at least for the foreseeable future.

I am also east coast.  If a weekend group forms, I am interested.  I do notice that the original post was Abbi looking for a group, and not organizing one, so just throwing my spaghetti at a similar wall.

Deo is quite correct. I have, no doubt for the best, still not caught the organizational bug again.
